365

I can't believe it's already been a full year since my decision to follow Christ. And just looking at who I am now, the things I've experienced, and how my relationship with God has grown since then makes me go... just... wow. God is so good. I've been so encouraged this past year by the brothers and sisters I have in InterVarsity, and I hope to keep growing with them in this community seeking God together.

Happy Rebirthday, Jesus. It's been the best 365 days of my life. Here's to another 365.

Busyness

Heavenly Father, these couple of weeks have been and are going to be so busy, stressful, and short on time. But I pray that I'll trust you with my time, to really have faith that in the end you'll lead me out of this week unscathed. Lord, I pray that I'll be able to see that this week is nothing more than seven days. And next week another seven days. Seven more days to live, walk, and grow in faith. Seven more days living as you call me to. Father God, I pray that I won't use busyness as an excuse to take a break from you, but rather that it'll make me depend on you more.

Calm my nerves. Fill my heart and mind with your peace. This is all I desire.
